International Trade Program Set For Women's League "The Citizen and International Trade" will be the subject for the regular unit meetings of the League of Women Voters to be held Tuesday, April 21, at the courtroom of the city building. Unit one will meet at 10 a. m. with Unit two meeting at 7:30 p. m. Mrs. Walter Granger, discussion dis-cussion leader, will conduct both unit meetings in the absence of Miss Jennie B. Jones, the regular leader of unit two. The importance of the study of International trade is evident as such trade is essential to a high standard of living for ourselves and people of other nations, and is important to the defense of our country and the free world. International Inter-national trade can help Insure the kind of political stability necessary ne-cessary for international peace, the unit leaders point out.
