Show CLUB NOTES Mrs. Ralph Box i Friday evening Mrs. Gordon Sorenson was hostess to the members of the Pinochle Club with a light luncheon served to Mrs. Robert Goodwin, Mrs. Walter O'Toole, Mrs. Clark Mathews, Mrs. Roy Batty, Mrs. Paul Wood, Mrs. Douglas Nelson, Mrs. Tal-madge Tal-madge McDonough, and Mrs. Llnford Orton. Prizes were won by Mrs. Mathews and Mrs. McDonough. Mc-Donough. Ladies of the Duplicate Club were the guests of Miss Mary Leone Haight Monday evening at her home. Luncheon was served serv-ed to Mrs. York Jones, Mrs. Glen White, Mrs. Blaine Standifird, Mrs. Court Nelson, Mrs. Gene Woolf, Mrs. Rulon Heyborne, Mrs. Virgil Bird, Mrs. Scott Matheson, Mrs. Arthur Higbee, Mrs. Dale Milne and Mrs. Boyd Paulson. Mrs. Clyde Higbee was hostess Wednesday evening to the members mem-bers of her bridge club at her home. Present were Mrs. Tony Lambert, Mrs. Virgil Bird, Mrs. Joe Fakler, Mrs. Sam Gentry, Mrs. Jack Pace, Mrs. Sam Heyborne, Hey-borne, Mrs. Lawrence Lowder, Mrs. Hugh Cheever, Mrs. Chaun-cey Chaun-cey Macfarlane, Mrs. Fallas Olof-son, Olof-son, Mrs. Burns Sherratt, and Mrs. Devon Green. Score prizes were awarded Mrs. Pace, Mrs. Heyborne and Mrs. Macfarlane. Monday, Mrs. Tony Lambert received the members of her club for luncheon and bridge. Bridge score prizes were awarded Mrs. Reed Leigh, Mrs. Gardner and Mrs. Leonard. Mrs. Willis Wynn was hostess Wednesday evening at her home to the following members of her bridge club: Mrs. R. C. Morris, Mrs. Carl Croft, Mrs. York Nel- son, Mrs. York Jones, Mrs. Court Nelson, Mrs. Dale Milne, Mrs. Victor Frel, Mrs. Claron Brad- shaw, Mrs. Gene Woolf, Mrs. V. J. Clove, and Mrs. Arthur Nelson. Score prizes were won by Mrs. Milne and Mrs. Woolf. Mrs. Grant Biederman entertained enter-tained the members of her bridge club Thursday. Those present were Mrs. Merrill Kunz, Mrs. .Stanley Bryan, Mrs. Logan Carr, Mrs. Wayne Jackson, Mrs. Blaine Wood, Mrs. Dan Gillies and Mrs. Arlin Frehner. Score prizes were awarded Mrs. Carr, Mrs. Gillies and Mrs. Bryan. The Cedar Chapter 20, Order of 'Eastern Star, held its regular meeting Monday at the Masonic temple. Mrs. William Herald, assisted as-sisted by Mrs. Lewis Guthiel and Mrs. Roy Lundgren, were hostesses hostess-es to the chanter members and |
