News About Town By Mrs. Ralph Box Employees of the Cedar branch of Standard Oil Comppany and their wives entertained Saturday evening at Hotel El Escalante honoring Mr. and Mrs. Glen White at a dinner party. Places I were set for Mr. and Mrs. E. S. I Todd, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Heaton, Mr. and Mrs. Adrian Bunting, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Sorenson, Mr. I and Mrs. Carl Jamison of Kanab, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Raye of Caliente, Nev., Mr. and Mrs. Robert Rob-ert Orr of Pioche, Nev., and Mr. and Mrs. White. A beautiful gift was presented to the Whites by the group. Dean Williams, with the assistance assist-ance of the employees of the local lo-cal telephone exchange, honored Ralph Box Friday evening at a dinner party at Milt's Canyon Lodge. Mr. Box will leave soon to work for the company at Pro-vo. Pro-vo. Thirty employees were on hand at the party to bid Mr. Box "good luck" in his new job. A beautiful gift was presented to him by his co-workers. Glen White left Monday for Ogden where he has been transferred trans-ferred by his company. As soon as living accommodations can be arranged he will be joined by his wife and three sons. Mrs. C. L. Lynch returned recently re-cently from a three weeks vacation va-cation trip to New Orleans.
