Show Bank oi Iron County Stockholders Re-elect Directors At the annual meeting of the stockholders of the Bank of Iron County last week, it was decided to pay a 6 divided to stockholders stock-holders in the institution at this time, it is announced by R. L. Fenton, president. Mr. Fenton also reported that the bank's surplus had been increased in-creased to $30,000, which is equal to the capital stock of the bank. He also reported that total resources re-sources of the bank had risen from $803,599 in 1953 to $874,791 at the present time. The stockholders re-elected the entire board of directors which is made up of the f611owing men: R. L. Fenton, E. J. King, E. Ray Lyman, W. Scott Mitchell, John Bayles, and Ivan Decker, Parowan; Paro-wan; Leland B. Flint and Joseph A. Ottenheimer, Salt Lake City, and T. A. Topham, Paragonah. Officers elected by the board are Mr. Fenton, president, Mr. King, vice president; Miss Evan Adams, cashier, and Ivan Decker, secretary. |
