Coordinating Council Official Gives Vernal Address Citizens of Vernal, a rapidly growing Utah community, desirous desir-ous of setting up some type of orderly control of community activities, ac-tivities, have appealed to Cedar City for information on how the central coordinating council is organized and operated. To gain this information the Vernal group Invited Mrs. D. C. Dix, coordinator coordinat-or in the local organization, to address them on the subject. Mrs. Dix made the trip last week end, and spent some time conferring with various committees commit-tees on organizational functions of a coordinating council and addressed ad-dressed the entire group at a special meeting. The Vernal leaders lead-ers had been attempting for sometime to set up a central council patterned after the very successful Cedar City Coordinating Coordinat-ing Council.
