Show Forestry Position Exams Told ByU. S. Civil Service The field board of U. S. Civil Service Examlneis for the Department De-partment of Agriculture announces an-nounces that applications will be accepted from now to Feb. 7, 1955 for appointment to the positions po-sitions of forestry aid and fire control aid. ($2,950 to $3,795 per annum). These positions are lo-cated lo-cated at various points in the states of Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington and Utah, in the employment em-ployment of the United States Forest Service and other federal agencies. For positions at the minimum entrance salary, applicants must have had a minimum of two years in the desired field. For positions at the maximum entrance en-trance salary, applicants must have had four. years experience in the desired field. In some instances, in-stances, education may be substituted sub-stituted for part of the experience. exper-ience. Applicants must have reached their 18th birthday, but must not have passed their 50th birthday on the closing date for acceptances of applications.
