OCR Text	Show M. A. Cowley Named Iron County Red Cross Chairman M. A. Cowley, Cedar City business busi-ness man and long active in Red Cross affairs, has been elected chairman of the Iron County Chapter of the American Red Cross, to succeed Amos C. Hatch of Parowan. Mr. Hatch was elected first vice chairman of the chapter, with E. S. (Jack) Todd, Cedar City, named second vice chairman. chair-man. Mario Topham, Parowan, was re-elected as a director in the organization. Miss Carla Hulet of Parowan has served as secretary for the past year.
