Show With fewer storms southeastern Nevada has an average of 72 as much water in the snow courses in 1953 as they had in 1951. On the other hand, south- western Utah has an average of 131 as much water in the snow courses in 1953 as it did in 1951. This increase can be attributed to cloud seeding. This means that the winter of 1952-53, although it has been an extremely dry winter, could have been ever drier and should have received approximately 50 less water than was actually received as a result of cloud seeding. |
