Floyd Matheson, right, who sailed for overseas duty before his brother, Gaylen, was stationed at Camp Pieri, at Wiesbaden Wiesba-den with the 5th AAA Anti-Aircraft Artillery battalion, and upon Gaylen's arrival he was able to locate his brother and receive a three-day pass to visit with him. Gaylen was stationed at Gegendorf, Germany, in the heart of the Bavarian Ba-varian Alps, with an Ambulance company, working as a mechanic. The two brothers were able to make arrangements arrange-ments for a transfer, and Gayle joined his brother at Wiesbaden, Wies-baden, and has now been assigned to the medical detachment detach-ment where he is now serving as bookkeeper at the dis-pensory. dis-pensory. Floyd has been working as a stenographer at the general offices of the company. They are sons of Mr. and Mrs. Evan Matheson of Midvalley. |
