Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed proposals will be received re-ceived by the State Road Commission Com-mission of Utah, State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, until 2 o'clock p. m. Tuesday, December Decem-ber 23, 1952, and at that time publicly opened for construction of Right of Way Fence, Type "A" in Beaver and Iron Counties, the same being that section of U. S. No. 91 from a point 0.2 mile Northeasterly from the Beaver-Iron Beaver-Iron Co. Line, Southwesterly 3.3 mile identified as State Project Pro-ject No. 1425. The length of fence to be constructed con-structed is 3.3 miles, and the principal items of work are approximately ap-proximately as follows: 34,600 Lin. Ft. of Right of Way Fence, Type "A" and 4 14 ft. Gates. Prequalification of bidders is required before plans and specifications speci-fications can be obtained. The attention of bidders is directed di-rected to the Special Provisions covering subletting or assigning the contract. The minimum wage paid to all skilled labor employed on this contract shall be $2,125 per hour. The minimum wage paid to all intermediate labor employed on this contract shall be $1.70 rer hour. The minimum wage paid to all unskilled labor employed on this contract shall be $1.60 per hour. Plans and specifications are on file in the office of the State Road Commission, Salt Lake City, and the office of its District En-glneer En-glneer at Cedar City, Utah, where they may be reviewed by prospective pros-pective bidders. Specifications, proposal forms, and plans will be furnished at Salt Lake City, on depositing $2.00, which will be refunded; providing bidder submits an acceptable bid and returns the plans within seven days after the opening of bids. Each bidder must submit a letter let-ter from an approved surety company com-pany guaranteeing to furnish said bidder with required bond. The right to reject any or abids is reserved. Cash, certified check, cashier's check, or approved proposal guarantee bond for not less than five per cent of total, amount of bid made payable to the State Road Commission must accompany accom-pany each bid as evidence of good faith and a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder bid-der will execute the contract, and furnish, contract bond as required. re-quired.
