Show P. T. A. Continues Membership Drive During the past week the Parent-Teachers Association officers have been conducting a campaign to acquire a one hundred percent membership in the organization. Such a membership has been set as a goal as a means of helping to bring closer harmony among children, child-ren, teachers and parents. Mrs. Bert Divan, president of the P. T. A, announces the objects of the Association as follows: 1. To promote the welfare of children and youth in the homo, school, church and community. 2. To raise the standards of living. S. To develop between educators and the general public such united efforts as will secure for every child the highest advantages In physical, physi-cal, mental and spiritual education. Anyone interested in Joining the P. T. A. who has not yet been contacted, con-tacted, is asked to call Mrs. James Robb, who will be pleased to accept ac-cept memberships, and provide rill details of the association program. |
