Show Kaibab Honors Ten Panguitch Workers Ten Kaibab Industries employees of the Pangutich Divseion were honored at the company's Annual Employee Service Awards Banquet held in,the Pangutich Senior Citizens Center, Saturday, March 21. Jack Voris, manufacturing manager for the Panguitch Division congratulated each recipient and told them how much he appreciated the part each has played in the success of the Pangutich plant. Voris presented engraved watches for 25 years of service to Glen Owens and Smith Willis. Ed Dunham and Wayne Barker received burl clocks for 15 years of service. He presented 10-year men, Wallace Veator, Robert D Bagnell, and Marion Littlefield each with a Stanley Thermos. Edwin Fife and Irvin Madson received Kaibab belt buckles for five yars of service. Jack Gleave, retired after 17 years, also received a burl clock. Special Kaibab representatives were Jim Koons vice-president of the Pangtuitch-Fredonia complex and Mr. and Mrs. Trent Howells, representing the Kaibab sales division. Koons spoke of the meaning of the Kaibab motto. "Dedicated to Ex- cellence." He thanked the workers for their dedication and said that, "people are 'number one' with us." Voris told the group that, "It is teamwork that has made Kaibab what it is today." |
