| Show death of ma mads di T i is A letter in the saturdays issue ot of the box elder report from elder chris simonsen contains the information that mads well known resident of the 2nd and ward but lately living in denmark had departed this life the letter reads as follows 0 a 0 mads thompson who was formerly a resident of brigham city and who for the past three or four years has lived here in aal borg org and who whenever he has had a chance to do so has defended utah and her people is n now ow dead he lied died peacefully tuesday december ath at 6 p in and lie he is now resting in Mor holm churchyard which Is near his birthplace cut but now he Is dead and I 1 know he will I 1 be blessed for lils his kind deeds and for I 1 the good he has done mr thompson asen was sick but a few days and he died of some kind of lung trouble ile he was always asking us elders from brigham to send his respects to the p people eople of balk brigham rn city for wh whom out h hi always had a warm spot in his heart after we elders had read the report and the box elder news we would take them over to mr thorn thom asen for him to read and we would talk to each other of local events and he would tell us of things which occurred during his early days in utah |
