Show ShopKo plans on schedule By JANICE BLACKHAM B OUNTrFUL Carl M. Johnson, chairman of the West Bountiful Redevelopment Agency (RDA), recently re-cently reported to agency members that plans are continuing to progress in the development of the Northgate Shopping Center, of which ShopKo is the first anchor tenant. Johnson reported that he had been successful in obtaining approval ap-proval from David Nash, owner of Nash Storage, for a 25-foot easement. ease-ment. The easement is needed for water and sewer access and runs along the west boundary of Nash's property.
