Show Dale 'DB' Smith Dale"DB" Smith passed away at Pt. Hueneme, Calif. March 24, 1990. He was bom Oct. 21, 1919 in Wichita, Kan. He served in the U.S. Navy, was a member of the Masonic Lodge, was a past Worthy Patron of Bethesda 1 Chapter of Eastern Star and a former resident of Bountiful. Boun-tiful. He was also a member of the Bountiful Com- 1 I ' J shall Islands and in Saudi Arabia. He retired to California in 1988 and was active in senior citizens' groups. For a number of years DB was an adopted grandfather to a Vietnamese refugee family to the USA, who lived in Las Vegas and settled permanently in California. He is survived by three sons, Douglas, San Diego, Calif.; Gregory and Jeffrey, Las Vegas, Nev. He has three grandchildren. A memorial service was held at Oxnard, Calif. March 31. His ashes were scattered over the Pacific Ocean. Family suggests any memorial donations do-nations be made to the American Heart Association.
