Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of the sale, at the North Main entrance, Davis County Courthouse, State & Main Streets, Farmington, Utah, on April 26, 1990, at 11:15 am of said day, for the purpose of foreclosing that certain Trust Deed dated January 3, 1980 and executed ex-ecuted by KIM TANNER and CHARLOTTE A. TANNER, his wife, as Trustors, in favor of AMFAC MOR-TGAGE MOR-TGAGE CORPORATION, as beneficiary, covering real property located in Davis County and described as: Lot 56, amended Plat of Part of BUENA VISTA SUBDIVISION, SUBDIVI-SION, Sunset City, Davis County, Utah, according to the official plat thereof. The street address of the property is purported to be 1521 North 300 West, Sunset, Utah, The undersigned trustee disclaims any liability for any error in the street address. The present owner of the property is reported to be KIM TANNER. The total amount of the unpaid balance bal-ance of the obligations secured by the property and estimated costs, expenses ex-penses and advances at the time of the sale is $43,479.75. In addition to cash, the trustee will accept a cashier's check drawn on a federally insured state or national bank or a check drawn by a federally insured credit union, savings and loan association or savings bank.
