Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 8th day of May, 1990, at 9:00 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Courthouse, Comer of State & Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by Fleet Real Estate Funding, Fun-ding, as the current Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Elmer Leon Zoltz, as Trustor, recorded May 23, 1986 as Entry No. 0737779, in Book 1090, at Page 535, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of Williamsburg Mortgage Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded November 20, 1989, as Entry No. 875607, in Book 1323, at Page 748, of said official records.
