Show Kiwanis set work night at grove; announce operation drug alert' plan has been reviewed by the American Medical Association, the American Pharmaceutical Association, the National Association Asso-ciation of Retail Druggists, and the National Coordinating Council on Drug Abuse Education Educa-tion and Information, among others. President H. Taylor Reynolds announces that work is progressing pro-gressing nicely at the Kiwanis Fireplace in the club's effort to provide a roof over the area there. Tonight will be another work night at the fireplace where cement will be poured into the large pipe cemented in place to hold the roof. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m. and all members are invited invit-ed to be present. Mr. Reynolds also announced that Kiwanis International will spearhead a program in each community it serves aimed at mobilizing the area in an all-out all-out war against drug abuse. The program is designed to inform in-form the public in general and parents, teachers, and students at all levels on the extent, kinds and dangers of drug abuse and will be known as "Operation Drug Alert."
