Show Night Owl Sale Bob McConnell, chairman of the Springville Chamber of Commerce Retail Merchants Committee, announces that the night owl sale for all those merchants desiring to participate, partici-pate, will be held tonight, August Au-gust 21. Stores will be closed from 6 to 7 p.m. and then re-open at 7 for the sale and continue open until 11 p.m. This will give the local shoppers preparing prepar-ing for school opening to procure pro-cure necessary items for their students. Starting at 9 p.m. The Saints will play a free street dance west of the bank to add to the night owl sale event. In an effort to raise funds for several projects including a lighted outdoor sign with moveable type to place on the grounds of the art museum, the chamber of commerce is sponsoring a promotion in which a Golden Spike Centennial Centen-nial Commemorative Winchester Winches-ter Rifle will go to one of the contributors at the close of the campaign. Timed to make the rifle available for annual deer hunt in October, the fund-raising project will run during the remainder re-mainder of August, through September and will close October Oc-tober 15, according to J.
