Show "5- "'5'"- Vocational educators at workshop A five-day workshop for the vocational education teachers of the Nebo School District Is being be-ing held at the Springville High School according to Eldon Reese, vocational education director di-rector of the district. The workshop work-shop started on Monday, August Aug-ust 18, and will continue during the week. Superintendent Joe A. Reid-head Reid-head gave thng poneeisCTA head gave the opening address in which he asked the teachers If the vocational needs are being be-ing met and challenged the teachers to participate in long-range long-range planning to meet the needs in our changing society. Dr. Kent Worthington, director direc-tor of research, design and e-valuation, e-valuation, Utah State Board of Education, met with the group and gave instruction on writing writ-ing behavioral objectives. The first two days will be spent in the teachers actually writing objectives. The last three days of the workshop teachers will spend developing a long-range plan for each department in the vocational field. The classes that come under vocational education are home economics, agriculture, trade and industry, and business education. DIRECT WORKSHOP Eldon L.
