Show Newlyweds, Mr., Mrs. Lawlor at home in Alberta, Canada Newlyweds Mr. and Mrs. David Da-vid Dow Lawlor are now at home at Picture Butte, Alberta, Canada, following their marriage mar-riage in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, July 23, and a lovely garden reception at the home of the bride's parents. The bride, formerly, Miss Brenda Bird, is a daughter of J. Lewis Bird and the late Eileen Ei-leen H. Bird. The groom's parents par-ents are Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Law-rence V. Lawlor of Picture Butte. The bride chose for her wedding wed-ding attire an exquisite gown of organza over satin with long sleeves and heavy lace trim. The fitted bodice was enhanced by a bustle bow in the back. Her full-flowing veil fell from a crown accented by hand-made roses, and she carried a bouquet bou-quet of white gardenias surrounded sur-rounded by feathered carnations. carna-tions. The line was composed of parents of the couple, Mrs. Barbara Lee standing with her father; Mary Ann Bird was maid of honor, while Janice Lawlor, Pat James, Glenda Johnson, Barbara Clyde and Jessie Johnson were bridesmaids brides-maids Little Elizabeth Lee and twins Jennifer and Jeannette Lee were flower girls. The attendants were attired in hot pink formals and carried car-ried deep and light pink carnations. mm Robert Tilling served as best man; Gordon Lawlor and Eric Bird, ushers, and brothers of the bride, Jim, Douglas and Blake Bird and their wives greeted guests. At the guest book were Cindy Cin-dy Bird and Marilyn Cahoon. Serving during the evening were Sandra Wiley, Vonda Bird, Lorelei Olsen, Barbara Nielson, Sharee Sumsion and Kathy Huff. Assisting with the gifts were Brenda Smith, Pat Peterson and Kathy Fietkau. Acting as hostesses during the evening were the bride's aunts, Mrs. Idonna Lucas of Spanish Fork and Mrs. Norma Pedro of Salt Lake City. Erma Peterson, Ina Robbins and Ellen El-len Nelson assisted with the refreshments. A pretty all white three-tiered wedding cake was decorated with a spray of freshly cut roses in shades of pink.
