Show Health career class offered at high school A special class is being offered of-fered for the first time this year to all senior students at Springville High School who are interested in health careers. This program has been stimulated stimu-lated by the Vocational Education Educa-tion people of the State of Utah and is in conjunction with the Payson City Hospital. This overview and Health Careers Class will be taught by Mr. Ronald L. Nielsen (MHA), Administrator Ad-ministrator at Payson City Hospital. The purpose of this class is to stimulate youth towards to-wards selection of a worthwhile career in the hospital and health fields. The class gives students a very extensive review re-view and an insight into all phases of health careers and provides an excellent exposure to the hospital and health field, thereby assisting them in finding find-ing out what they really want in a profession for the future. A special invitation is extended ex-tended to all senior students (boys included) who are the least bit interested in health careers to sign up for this class. Another program being sponsored spon-sored by the Payson City Hospital Hos-pital is the employment of four senior girls from the Springville Spring-ville High School (two girls for the fall semester a;" J two girls for the winter semester) to work limited hours during the evening or on weekends in the nursing field at the hospital. hos-pital.
