Show Junior High 'Citizens of the Veek' Beginning this week, a series ser-ies of "Citizens of the Week" stories will be run featuring students from the junior high school. The home room representative repre-sentative nominates a student from the student body. The faculty then votes on the list. At the end of the year, a Student Stu-dent of the Year," will be selected. j .. .' -"' . i ' - W. v.- , y, Tawna Hunt r h I I - - Tawna Hunt Tawna, daughter of J. Frank and Lola Hunt, Hkes to be in the middle of everything in eluding her family. She has a sister and a brother. Reading and cooking are Tawna's hobbies. Cooking experience ex-perience comes from helping a working mother with many of the family meals. Skiing and playing tennis are her favorite sports. Tawna is now serving as secretary for the ninth grade. She was assistant librarian in eighth grade. Being chosen an outstanding outstand-ing citizen is a distinct honor according to Miss Hunt. She feels that the kind of home life she enjoys attributes to her wanting to be respected as a citizen. Paul Patrick Paul, son of John and Ada Mae Patrick is the youngest of a family of six and the only one at home. He likes to hunt and fish and enjoys many otiier sports. He is an Eagle Scout and is continuing his activities for advancement in the Scouting Scout-ing program. Church activities are an important im-portant part of Paul's life. He plans to go with his Explorer group this coming summer. When he works, he works hard, and .when he plays, he plays hard. Part of every summer is spent working as a carpenter's helper with his father. He enjoys en-joys TV when his work is finished. fin-ished. Attaining this honor as "Citizen "Cit-izen of the Week," came as a result of "Doing what I always al-ways do," Paul says.
