Show Sixth and Elventh Vard M Men tied for top in Kolob Stake ball Eleventh and Sixth Wards are currently holding the lead in the Kolob M Men basketball league with four wins each. First is in second spot. Next night of play will be Wednesday, January 31 with Sixth meeting Mapleton Sec- ond at 7 p.m., followed by Twelfth and Springville Second Sec-ond Ward game at 8 p.m., Springville First vs Eleventh at 9 and Mapleton Third vs Mapleton Ma-pleton First at 10. The schedule will wind up February 7 when the two top leaders meet in what is expected ex-pected to be the title game. Results Friday night results showed Springville Second winning over ov-er Mapleton First 41-31. For Second, Carpenter hit 16, Say-er Say-er 11, Mitchell 10. Jackson came up with 22 points for the losers. Twelfth lost to Sixth 44-56. Miner with 14 and Bird with 13 led Twelfth while four players hit in double figures for Sixth; Oakey with 21, Anderson with 13 and Cooper and Cherington each with 10. The Eleventh vs Mapleton Third went to Eleventh on forfeit for-feit and First won over Mapleton Maple-ton Second by forfeit. Blair Sargeant is stake athletic director di-rector in charge.
