Show Enoch & Midvqlley m By Veda Matheson vTTV Friday evening at the Enoch Church. The bride is the former Rhonda Beal and they were married earlier Friday in the St. George LDS Temple. Mr. and Mrs. Morris Buffington came from California for the event and the Ron Beal family came from Mesquite, Nev. The Beals are former residents of Midvalley. The Enoch Scond Ward Relief Society was reorganized Sunday. Released were Mrs. Louise Matheson, Mrs. Carla Grimshaw and Mrs. Becky Armstrong. Mrs. Terri Edwards was sustained as president with Marty Ross and Cathy Maxwell as counselors. Mr. and Mrs. George W. Grimshaw came from Brigham City and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Rogerson came from Salt Lake to attend the Enoch First Ward Boy Scout banquet held at the church Saturday. Mr. Rogerson was one of the members of the first Scout Troop ever organized in Enoch and Mr. Grimshaw was the first Scout Master. Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Grimshaw were in Loa last weekend to attend funeral services for Mrs. Grim-shaw's Grim-shaw's uncle. Mrs. Barbara Shandrew received word last week that her son, Joe Shandrew, is a member of the Armed Forces stationed in San Diego, Calif. Paul Richman of Price . visited with the Glen Ewell family. Mr. and Mrs. Brent Taylor and family enjoyed a visit from the Wayne Taylor family of Springville. Robert - and Kathy Albrecht and two children moved to Salt Lake City last week end. Robert has been working in Salt Lake City since August. Mr. and Mrs. Fernando Del Torro have a new baby boy born last week at the Valley View Medical Center. Mr. and Mrs. Elton Richardson became grandparents grand-parents again last week with the birth of a baby girl to Mr. and Mrs. George Battraw of Arizona. Mr. and Mrs. Phil Edwards Ed-wards of Beaver and most of their family were here last week. Beverly's mother, Mrs. Milda Ashdown, passed away and graveside services were held at the Cedar City Cemetery Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Buffington were honored at a wedding reception held |
