Mona was the name Kiven the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Reed Wilson; Earl Marlin, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Elwin Slack; and Janet, daughter or Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Wilson. W. Tell Gublor was a visitor last week. Three children were " baptized and confirmed last week. They were Georgana DeMillc, Maylene Cox and Randy Earl. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Earl and family were admitted into our ward. They had previously been members of the Las Vegas ward. Mrs. Ted Young and children, Don and Lorctta were visitors here last week. Mrs. Dehvorth Wilson entertained enter-tained a group of friends at a Rook party last week. The cherries are beginning In full swing, at least as much so as the rain will permit. Mr. and Mrs. Hrigham Hardy, Mr. and Mrs. Theron Stevens and family and Mrs. James Harris were business visitors at Cedar City this week. Mrs. Harris has just returned from the cast, where she and her baby have been with her husband who is stationed tjierc. There is quite a number of cases of measles in town. The Deacons enjoyed a swimming swim-ming party this week. The Primary officers and teachers teach-ers held their preparation meeting on Monday. Mrs. I loratio Guliler gave the lesson. |
