Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engi-neer to change or appropriate water in Washington County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated, des-ignated, all locations being from SLB&M. To Change: a-1877 Ernest A. Pickering, Enterprise, Ut. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 1 sec. ft. of water right acquired by Underground-water Claim No. 18727, as amended by Change Application No. a-1595. The water under Claim No. 18727 was diverted from a well 50 ft. deep at a point N. 1720 ft. and W. 1250 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 11, T37S, R17W, and used from Apr. 1 to Sept. 15 to irrigate 66 acres of land embraced in Sees. 11 and 12, T37S, R17W. The point of diversion under Application Applica-tion No. a-1595 was to be N. 144S ft. and E. 20 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 12. Hereafter, the above quantity of water will be diverted from a 16-in. well, 100 ft. deep at a point N. 1552 ft. and W. 1120 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 11, T37S, R17W. : The water will be used from Apr. 1 to Sept. 15 to irrigate 48.5 acres of land embraced in NEVi- SEU Sec. 11, and NWHSWU Sec. 12, T37S, R17W. . a-lSSl-Ioseph W. Holt, Enterprise, Enter-prise, Ut, 1.5 sec. ft. for irrigation irriga-tion use from a 14-in. well bet. 200 and 300 ft. deep at a point N. 20 ft. and W. 754 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 1, T37S, R17W. The water will be used from May 1 to Sept 15, to irrigate HO acres of land embraced in SE',4 Sec. 1, T37S, R17W, and for incidental, in-cidental, stock-watering purposes. 16460 -C. O. Holm, St. George, Ut, 10 sec. ft. for irrigation use from Virgin River ut two points concurrently as follows: (1) S. 1500 ft. and K. 475 ft. from W'.i Cor. Sec. 6, Tl.'iS. The water will be (liveried by gravity at point No. 1. into the so-called l-llooiiiinglon Canal to a poinl opposite Point No. 2. At this latter point, water will be pump- I ed from the river into the Bloom-ington Bloom-ington Canal and conveyed a distance of 700 ft. at which point a second pump will lift the water into the Bloomington Bench Canal, now constructed and conveyed con-veyed a further distance of 2200 ft. where it will be used to irrigate irri-gate 700 acres of land embraced in Sees. 11, 13 and 14, T43S, R16W. 16463 Evan S. Lee, Virgin, Ut, 5 sec. ft. for irrigation use from Pine Spring Wash and Bishop's Potatoe Patch Wash at a point N. 1155 ft. and E. 562 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 34, T39S, R11W. The water is conveyed in a ditch a distance of 1320 ft. to Bishop's Potatoe Patch Wash where it will be commingled with water of said wash and allowed to flow down the natural channel to a point N. 676.5 ft. and E. 792 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 3 T40S, R11W, where it will be used from Apr. 1 to Nov. 30 to irrigate 300 acres of land embraced in Sees. 3, 4, 9, and 10, T40S, R11W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol.
