Show Mt. TRUMBULL, Ariz. Roy Bundy Reporter Pfc. Clarence A. Bundy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Bundy returned Friday, June 1 to San Francisco, Calif, after a three-weeks furlough. fur-lough. Mr. and Mrs. Gene Carroll of Glendale, Ariz, are visiting in Mt. Trumbull. Mr. Carroll expects to leave soon for military training. Tony Lytle, who is working with the Grazing Department, is in Mt. Trumbull on business. Lawrence Iverson of California is visiting in Mt. Trumbull. He will leave soon for military service. ser-vice. Roy Bundy recently returned from Kansas City, Mo., where he underwent surgery about a month ago. He is feeling well. Mr. and Mrs. Gene Carroll and Mrs. Roy Bundy and daughter, Juanita have gone to Hurricane to pick strawberries. Mrs. Helen Wright returned on June 4 from Las Vegas where she has had employment for the past nine weeks. C. M. Bundy, accompanied by Roy Bundy recently made a trip to Kingman, Arizona. A farewell party was held at the school building on Thursday night in honor of George Bundy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Bundy, and Pfc. Clarence Bundy. George expects to leave soon for induction induc-tion into the armed service. Blown Out of Foxhole Pfc. Newell A. Bundy, who is in Italy says he is glad that the fighting it over in Europe. He tells of having been blown out of his foxhole, but says he is all right now. |
