Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The State of Utah Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, Utah, May 29, 1940. Howard Spencer, Orderville, Utah, has filed' Application No. 13520 to appropriate 2 sec. ft. of water from the East Fork of Virgin river in Kane county. The water will be diverted from March 1, to November 30, inclusive of each year at a point S. 10 deg. E. 700 ft. from the N Cor. Sec. 17, T. 39 S., R. 6 W., SLB&M, conveyed by ditch 2YS miles and used to irrigate 200 acres of land embraced in NEM,SE4 and SWSEH Sec. 30, NEi, NW-SEM NW-SEM and NSWU Sec. 31, T. 39 S., R. 6 W.; NiSEM, and SWHSEH Sec. 36, T. 39 S., R. 7 W. and NWUNEU Sec. 1, T. 40 S., R. 7 W., SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Hum-pherys, Hum-pherys, State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, with one extra copy and Sl-00 filing fee on or before August 3, 1940. T. H. HUMPHERYS, State Engineer.
