Show Jos. J. Milne Honored At Truckers Meet Eleven western states were represented rep-resented at the Truckers' convention conven-tion held in Salt Lake City on last Friday and Saturday. Jos. J. Milne, manager of the Milne Truck Line, Inc., was elected vice-president of Utah Motor Transport, serving Washington, Iron, Beaver and Millard counties. Harvey Stucki and LeVoy Mason of the Stucki and Wittwer Trucking Truck-ing company Nf Santa Clara, were also in attendance. Transportation men attending report that there were many men with nation wide reputations in the field of transportation present. Outstanding addresses were given with the theme of "safety and public relations" being discussed. It was pointed out that since 1927 automobile accidents have increased increas-ed 27 per cent while truck accidents acci-dents have decreased 29 per cent and busses 42 per cent.
