Show Rockville Mrs. PhUetus Jones Reporter Alpine Demill left Friday night for Salt Lake City to visit with relatives and friends over July 24. Mrs. Alice Harmon of St. George is visiting her daughter, Mrs. Waldon Ballard. Miss Rae Hirschi visited at home here from St. George where she is employed. Bishop Ballard and Afton Ballard Bal-lard spent the past week at Cane Beds looking after their cattle. They returned Sunday, bringing their father, David Ballard, to visit for a few days. Clayton Hirschi, accompanied by Bob Morris from Texas, came down from the sawmill to spend July 24. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Blake and two children of St. George spent Sunday visiting with the parents of Mrs. Blake, Mr. and Mrs. David Terry. Mrs. Thelma Moody entertained in honor of her baby daughter, Fonella's first birthday anniversary. anniver-sary. Graham crackers and oranee juice were served to the babies and the occasion was enjoyed by the mothers. The score of 11-4 in favor of Rockville was the result of the game between St. George and Rockville Sunday evening. Twenty-five little friends were entertained by Miss Pat Mahan Friday afternoon, the party was in honor of her fourth birthday anniversary. Mrs. Vilo Demill gave a birthday birth-day party in honor of her daughter, daugh-ter, Fawn's fifth anniversary. The children report an enjoyable afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Harmon and children of Fresno, Calif, and George Harmon of St. George visited with their sister, Mrs. Waldon Ballard, Sunday. Their mother, who has visited here the past week,' returned home with them. Mrs. Maxine Dalton entertained a group of friends at a Pinochje party Saturday evening. Mrs. Grant Langston and Rulon Langs-ton Langs-ton won high score. Duard Millett of Springdale and Keith Terry of Rockville were injured in-jured Sunday night in a crash between their car and that of Ward Excell of Springdale. The boys were rushed to the doctor where it was learned their bruises and cuts were quite serious, although none suffered internal injuries. |
