The date of the election is set for April 20, 1982. The place of the election elec-tion will be the Naples Elementary School 1971 South 1500 East, Vernal, Utah. The polls will open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. The individuals running for mayor are J. Ross Merrell, Lawrene C. Kay, Orlo Goodrich and Phillip Manwaring.
