I tione89945J Registration of voters being held All the adults who are voting age take note that August 26 is the last day you can register before the primary elections. Jensen residents will register at the home of Blanche Wilkens. Daniel Allen is the caretaker of the summer garden this year and he is having a great crop production. He is selling vegetables as they come in season. If anyone is in need of cucumbers contact Daniel at 789-2503. Before going their separate ways for the school year, Larry Moon, Miguel Vargis, and Cal and Scott Ruppe spent a night and a day in Bear Valley, Colo. The Jack Ruppe and Fran Peterson families hosted a pizza supper to honor the boys before they left for college. Elder Stan Peterson called his family from Baytown, Texas to let them know of the approaching hurricane and to assure them that he'd be alright. Keith and Toby played in the tournament on the Dalgarno team. The visiting teachers workshop will be held on Aug. 21, from 7:30 to 9 p.m. at the Jensen Chapel.
