Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 18th day of July, 1980, at 12:30 p.m., at the front entrance en-trance of the Uintah County Courthouse at Vernal, Utah, in the County Coun-ty of Uintah, by KAY M. LEWIS, Trustee, and MURRAY FIRST THRIFT & LOAN COMPANY, COM-PANY, as Beneficiary, under the Deed of Trust made by Richtron, Inc., as Trustor, recorded February 27, 1978, as Entry En-try No. 151 in Book 233 at Page 473 of the official records of Uintah County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of said Beneficiary by reason of certain obligations obliga-tions secured thereby.
