' ; i ' ' : , i x - n -, i v JANICE HUGHES and Allan Ingram were married at the Redstone Chapel, Redstone, Colo, on June 7 in a double-ring ceremony. Hughes -Ingram united at the Redstone Chapel Janice Hughes and Allan Ingram were united in marriage June 7, 1980 at 1:30 p.m. in the Redstone chapel in Redstone, Colorado. The double ring ceremony was performed per-formed by Pastor Douglas Self. Janice is the daughter of Mrs. Gordon Hughes of Boulder, Colorado and the . late Gordon Hughes. Allan is the son of Richard and Jeri Ingram of Vernal. Sammy Rubin accompanying himself on the guitar sang a medley of songs that have special meaning to the bride and groom. The songs he sang were "The Wedding Song", "God, Woman, and Man", "I Could Never Promise You", and "I Love You". The bride was preceded down the aisle ai-sle by her Maid of Honor, Brenda Zegarski and the ring bearer, nephew Christopher Martin. Escorting the bride was her brother, Scott Hughes. The bride was lovely in a white gown of organdy. The gown had a round neck with puffed sleeves, and the skirt consisted con-sisted of descending ruffles. She wore a wreath of white and yellow daisies with baby breath on her head. Her bouquet was of the same flowers. Complimenting Complimen-ting her gown was a lovely pendant ' made of antique gold and seed pearls. The pendant has a special meaning to the bride. It was given to her grandmother grand-mother on her wedding day by her grandfather and since that time has been worn by all the brides in the Hughes family. Jim Zegarski served as best man. After the wedding ceremony a reception recep-tion was held outside the chapel in the picturesque setting along side the Crystal River. The bride and groom cut the wedding cake decorated with live flowers, and served their guest. Later in the day a picnic was held. For their honeymoon the couple chose to go back-packing into the Avalance Lake area of the Colorado mountains. The couple will make their home in Redstone where Allan works as a carper""- |
