Practical nurse exam at UBAVC The Uintah Basin Area Vocational Center Practical Nursing Program is scheduling a Preadmission assessment for Practical Nursing (PAPN). This exam is required by applicants for the nursing program. It can be taken before submitting an application. The exam will be given January 11, from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Vocational Center Extension, 601 So Vernal Ave. in Vernal and February 8, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Vocational Center in Roosevelt.
