Show City Court News Reported City Judge Donald Crist spent a quiet week with most of the serious matters heard (by him after the Washington's Washing-ton's Birthday holiday. Tuesday saw Peggy O'-iNeil O'-iNeil appear on a charge of petit larceny in a charge levied le-vied by City Market. After pleading .guilty, she was sentenced sen-tenced to spend 6 months in jail and a $50 fine. The jail sentence was suspended and shle was placed on probation for a year during which time if 'she is convicted of any larceny charge she will be reqUired to serve the jail sentence. John C. Eddv appeared on a charge of DWI and after mleading guilty was sentenced senten-ced to rrnv - r--e in the amount of $290 or 40 days in jail. Tn the case of the State, of Utah versus Edward Scho-ohnimyer Scho-ohnimyer a trial date was set for March 12 on a charge of DWI. Another charge of driving driv-ing during revocation will be heard on March 13. |
