Show Mrs. Walker Goes to Denver After Farewell Fetes Mrs. Frederick J. Walker Jr. packed her suitcases Sunday and left in the evening for Denver, where she will join her husband and make their home. Close friends were invited to a breakfast In the morning to say "good-by" to Mrs. Walker by Mrs. W. J. Lewis. 675 Fifth East street. Those invited were Mrs. Phyllis C. Evans, Mrs. Ruth B. Cannon, Mrs. Belva E. Rose, Miss Joy Schettler, Mrs. Ellis Johnson and Miss Helen L. Vogeler. An assortment of varicolored flowers were used for the centerpiece, center-piece, and placecards were of harmonizing har-monizing design. Mr. and Mrs. Walker were married mar-ried last month. The bride is the former Miss Mary S. Henriod, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick A. Henriod, 840 East Seventh South street, and her husband is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Frederick J. Walker, 1238 Fenway avenue. |
