Show New Legion Post to Be Organized r)' ELECTED ACTING POST COMMANDER AND ADJUTANT Clifford Husbands, left, and H. F. Harding SUGARHOUSE Plans to organize or-ganize a Sugarhouse post of the American Legion had been drafted draft-ed Wednesday, with Clifford Husbands Hus-bands elected acting post commander com-mander and H. F. Harding elected acting adjutant. Thirty-six legionnaires signed as charter members at a meeting Tuesday night In the horseshoe courts of Al's Playhouse, 2116 Highland High-land drive. Henry B. Mortenren was the first to sign for membership. Mr. Handing said Wednesday he would write Immediately to the state legion headquarters for - a temporary charter. Others assisting as-sisting In the organization Include Edwin R. Dewey and Russell H. Jensen.
