Swan, f Sam Bloxham was named to succeed suc-ceed himself as city marshal and appointed chief of the fire depart-j depart-j ment to replace W. C Barton. Others reappointed Include: City electrician, J. B. Galbralth; sexton, Clen. Robins; water, street and sewer supervisor, Ray Harvey; collector, col-lector, Nick Bonnemort; physician. Dr. G. D. Rutledge; Justice of the peace, Charles V. K. Sax ton; pound keeper, William E. Cailey, and auditor, au-ditor, Charles P. O'NIel. i Frank Williams has been water and street supervisor for 20 years. The mayor. Dr. Rutledge, Dr. D. Keith Barnes, who Is alio designated desig-nated as city health officer, and Spencer J. Barton, member of the council and chairman of the sanitation sani-tation committee, constitute the city board of health. Standing committees are: Streets 'anfl highways, Olfton J.-Ltnfort and J. J.
