Show LIGHTNING BLAMED IN $500S. L FIRE Lightning was blamed Monday by Salt Lake City firemen as the cause of a blase resulting In $500 damage to a storage warehouse at the rear of 310 West Second South street Sunday afternoon. The lightning reportedly Ignited a pile of oakum stored In the building, causing (250 damage to the contents and an equal loss to the building. Firemen reported the building was owned by the Keyser Realty company. An overheated furnace pipe caused (275 damage by fire to the home of H. W. Sullivan of 806 Lincoln street Sunday evening. Battalion Chief J. K. Ptercey reported re-ported the blaze caused (200 loss to the building and (75 to the contents. |
