WILMA HELEN BRINK AWARDED TO FATHER Custody of little Wiima Helen Brink was awarded to her father, F. M. Brink, of Corning, Iowa, yesterday in the Third district court, while her mother, Mrs. Audra AUcott, sobbed audibly in the courtroom. Notice of intention to appeal the case was given and tho child was by order of Judge Harold M. Stephens continued in the care of Policeman Clifford Fatten and wife for the three days allowed for making mak-ing the appeal. After the appeal has been filed, ihe custody of the child will be transferred from the district court to the supreme court. The little girl was awarded to her father by an Iowa court and by him followed fol-lowed here when her mother, again married, mar-ried, brought her to Sail Lake without the father's consent. The father instituted insti-tuted habeas corpus proceedings to get custody of the child here and yesterday's decision given by Judge Stephens was the outcome.
