NOTICE. Notice is hereby gtven that a special meetine of the members anrl stock-bnbl- ers of the Alta club has been called by the board of directors to be held at the club building. 100 Kast South Temple street, Salt Lake City, Utah, June i, at 8 o'clock p. m. The purpose of such meeting is to amend Article Nil of the by-laws of said cluh so as to provide for monthly dues from resident members of (lo) ten dollars, dol-lars, instead of the present dues of ($7.o0) seven dollars and fifty cents, the proposed pro-posed amendment being as follows: "The first paragraph of section XTfl of the by-laws, as the same appears m the printed book thereof, is amended to read as follows: "XIII. The entrance fee on admission to the club shall be one hundred and fifty dollars (.5130). except as is provided for by articles XI and XII of the by-laws. Tho monthly clues shall be ten dollars $10), payable on the first day of each mouth, in advance, except as provided in articles X, XI and XII." Said meeting also is cojied for the purpose pur-pose of a"' bovizing the board of directors, direc-tors, in case such dues are increased as aforesaid, to make and execute a new issue of bonds of tiie club in the sum of seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,(H''i). wii.n wttich to redeem a like amount or the bonds of the club now outstanding, nnd also 10 borrow fifteen thousand dollars dol-lars 8 1 o.ljoo 1 additional, and to make aud give the club's note therefor, and. by adding there to the amount of casu on hand available for such purpose, to complete the redemption of said outstanding outstand-ing bonds, which now amount to ninety-five ninety-five thousand dollars (.83,",, 01)0 ). and mature ma-ture July 1. 101:1.
