Show "Tough" Steaks Fail to Worry Daddy McCollum By Universal Ssrvice. YONKEKS, N. Y., May 26. Daddy McCollum, who went to the front .for the Y. M. C. A., Is hack with a ninety horsepower set . of teeth. McCollum made himself a motorcycle motor-cycle from salvaged parts, and started start-ed for Cobleliz from Chaumont -100 miles. From time to time various parts of his machine gave up the ghost, and he almost constantly added new parts. When he reached Cohlouz the motorcycle had grown ' into a full-flcdgsd limousine, j But. meantime, he had rattled out his teeth. A dentist said he could fix Mm up if he only had some '. aluminum for a plate. So McCollum McCol-lum pried off some aluminum from his gear case, and a ninety horsepower horse-power set of teeth was made in Germany Ger-many for him. Westchester county butchers cannot frighten him with tough steaks. He treats 'em rough. - |
