D. S. university opened yesterday in the Joseph F. Smith Memorial building. Many larg-e pieces of artistic lurniture have been made by Die boys, under the direction of A. S. Kienke, head of the department. The first -year students, under the direction di-rection of Joseph R. Miller, will have exhibits ex-hibits of mechanical drawings. The work of the domestic science department de-partment of the school is on display in the Z. C. M. .1. windows. Many handmade hand-made dresses and the beautiful hand work of the girls of this department of the university are on display.
