Judge Robert M. Terrell will preside. Ono of the important cases coming up nt thir, term is that of the state of Idaho vs. James Stone for the killing of R. J. Buzza here last February. Stonp and Buzza were neighbors and the killing resulted from an argument re-! re-! gardlng a piece of road that had been j fenced by Stone.
