The petition of Henry Fisher Kirkham, executor, and Mamie Meyers, executrix, of the last will and testament of William Kirkham, deceased, for partial distribution distribu-tion of the following described real estate es-tate of said deceased, to wit:- Situate in Salt Lake county, state of Utah: A part of Lot 5, Block 34, Plat "B," Salt Lake City Survey, commencing at a point 20 feet north from the southwest corner of said' lot. running thence east 115.5 feet; thence north 46 feet; thence west 115.5 feet, thence south 46 feet to the point of commencement. Also a perpetual right of way over the following described part of Lot 5, Block 34, Plat "B," Salt'Lake City Survey: Commencing at a point 15 feet north of the southwest corner of said lot, running thence north 5 feet; thence east 7 rods; thence south 5 feet, thence west 7 rods to the place of beginning. To be used in connection with the adjacent ad-jacent five feet on the north as a right of way for the owners, their heirs and assigns and tenants for the property abutting thereon on the north and south, but for no other property; has been set for hearing on Friday, the 8th day ot August, A. D. 1919. at 10 o'clock a. m., at the county courthouse, in the courtroom court-room of said court, in Salt Lake City, Salt Lake county, Utah.
