The Rubber Association of America, at Us convention at Xew York in January, voted for a continuance of the niiie standard tire sizes first planned for only the duration of the war. These yizes are 30x33. 31x4. SJxoS. 33x4. 344U and 36: 5 for passenger cars, and 3oxtj." 3Sx7 and 40x8 for commercial cars. All are straight-side tires except the first two, which are clincher types.
