Show SAYS MEN ABROAD ARE FULL OF CONFIDENCE Lieutenant David Keith, Jr., Writes American Soldiers Are in Health and High Spirits. Lieutenant "David Keith, Jr.. who is "somewhere over there," has written to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Keith, in which he says "there never was a greater bunch of men together -with more confidence." The letter has no post mark, neither does it say what part of Fiance it Is from. The letter in part follows: It is very hard to write anything . in these letters. About all I on tell you is that 1 am in the best of health and spirits. The men are in tlie best of spirits and are all happy. It is remarkable how cheerful Ihcy all are. You would think they were on a summer's sum-mer's vacation. It ' Is impossible to make them downhearted and some of them do not know what fear is. Thev have the true American spirit and it is the most wonderful spirit In the world. They adapt themselves to anv situation as cheerfully as can be; their one thought is to get this job over as quickly as they can.
