Show AGGIES TRAIN HARD FOR MONTANA GAMES Special to The Tribune. LOGAN. Jan. 22. The Aggies are working harder than ever in preparation for their games with the Mostana Aggies on Friday and Saturday. After their poor showing last. Saturday night, the men are beginning to realize that It will take a lot of hard practice and training to become be-come championship contenders. The Aggies have twelve men out every evening, and the first squad will not be chosen until .iust before the university game in Salt Lake on February 2. Spencer Spen-cer and Sumption, at forward, are showing show-ing up well, and the Aggie backers expect much from these two. Jarvis Is playing a strong game at right guard and Mohr is improving rapidly at the other guard position. Mohr Is an Inexperienced man, but Is large and full of fight. Nielsen, at center, had an off night Saturday and is working hard to redeem himself. Stle-fel Stle-fel and Sid Spencer are both lirst-class men and no doubt will give a good account ac-count of themselves. Iarris, Waley, Anderson and Jorgensen are wdrking hard for places on the squad. |
